Understanding Highly Giftedness

A Multi-Dimensional Profile

Highly giftedness is not a skill to be acquired, but a state of being that represents how individuals think, feel, and relate — often requiring conscious integration into teams and workplaces.

Their potential includes five interconnected levels:

  • IQ (Cognitive Intelligence): Rapid processing, complex thinking, strong problem-solving.

  • EQ (Emotional Intelligence): Deep sensitivity and empathy

  • SQ (Spiritual Intelligence): Strong sense of meaning, purpose, and ethical awareness.

  • Body Q (Physical Sensitivity): Heightened awareness of signals and environment.

  • State of Being: An unchangeable way of experiencing the world — fast, intense, and often asynchronous with the norm.
